Your purchase requests an immediate public placement once payment settles. By paying, you ask us to begin that service immediately.
Refund requests
Contact support with your account email, provider, payment reference, amount, and reason. Eligibility depends on applicable law, delivery status, fraud review, and these terms.
PayPal
Approved PayPal refunds return through PayPal. Provider timing and currency conversion may affect the amount and arrival date shown by your account.
Rank adjustment
A full or partial refund subtracts the matching USD rank credit. An active dispute temporarily removes the affected credit. A won dispute restores it.
