The service

I AM RICH sells a public promotional placement ranked by verified lifetime spend on this service.

A purchase is not wealth verification, an investment, a deposit, a security, or a charitable donation.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You are responsible for accurate account information.

Payments and rank

PayPal processes the transaction. Rank changes only when our server verifies a completed USD capture.

Taxes, conversion, bank charges, and PayPal fees may apply. The displayed rank credit is not reduced by fees we absorb.

Public content

Your approved display name, avatar, bio, rank, paid total, and score timestamp are public. You grant us permission to display and share that content as part of the service.

Moderation

We may reject, hide, suspend, or remove content or access that violates law, these Terms, or the Acceptable Use Policy. Payment records remain in the audit ledger.

Service changes

We may maintain, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the service where practical.

Liability

The service is provided to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
